Heroic and Foundation Fabrizio Meoni ONLUS together again with “Dust&Gloria” 2018
Again this year Heroic in motion and Fabrizio Meoni Foundation Onlus they are together for Dust&Gloria 2018.
Sunday morning will be as usual dedicated to the great champion and friend, in his Castiglion Fiorentino, with a view at mile, Photo of the monument, gargantuan and eaten with wild boar.
This detailed program:
at 09,15: departure from Gaiole to Castiglion Fiorentino;
from 10,00: concentration in Castiglion Fiorentino in Foro Boario/Piazzale Garibaldi; Group starts towards the "cha" by Fabrizio;
from 11,00: photos at the monument to Fabrizio Meoni, in the Rotunda on the SR71 's entry, with the presence of the sculptor;
at 12,30: concentration camps in cattle market/Piazzale Garibaldi in Castiglion Fiorentino, e partenza in gruppo verso il pranzo al Circolo ANSPI in località “Pieve di Chio”, fraction of Castiglion Fiorentino; Our cook is universally known as the number 1 on wild boar (Ask those who have already experienced the past years! 🙂
at 13,00 at the table:
- Rustic appetizer: Crushed, greasy panette (as soon as you get out of the oven!) and Tuscan cold cuts,
- First: Pasta with wild boar ragout,
- Second: Wild boar al salmì (specialties of chef Moreno, with anchovies and capers), alternative (Loin or roast beef), salad, kidney beans,
- Homemade bread straight out of the oven!
- Beverages: Water and wines of the Castiglione hills,
- Sweet: Vinsanto and local cantucci,
