Orient (heroically) among the navigators! :-)
Dear Heroic friends,
are you struggling with the formidable modern witchcraft that meets with the name of “Navigator”, It promises to open the doors of fabulous itineraries millemila, but you don't know exactly how to get your bearings?!
Then spupazzatevi this my video, where you illustrate the strengths and weaknesses of the leading specialist motorcycle navigators-from Tripy to Garmin-, and then I end up with the strongly advise you a solution at no cost and that you probably already have on hand …
Kill that came ugly … Oh well!
I believe?! And then to find out all the details of operating OSMand I entrust you to This tutorial, very well done …
You want to immediately challenge themselves by uploading a nice track in gpx format. (the universal format, can't go wrong with this ever!)?!
Then proceed as follows (premise: There would be computationally more elegant methods, but this is in my opinion more practical):
1) send the file as an attachment to the email address attached to your gpx smartphone on which you have already installed OSMand;
2) take the “Download” memo file attached;
3) download completed? GOOD!
4) now open OSMand: menu – Configure the map – Route GPX: there a window pops up that says “Show GPX”, empty … But let us not be caught by the discouragement!
5) Clik on “Add track” and we will open a new window that says “Download” where you will find the file you just downloaded – YAY!!
6) now in the window that says “Show GPX” will appear on your file: select it with the finger (a green check mark appears beside), and on the screen now there in plain sight, superimposed on the map, the line of your route; You can now enter the first, gently release the clutch giving a little’ of gas: you are the yellow triangle in motion, which you must advance by following the highlighted track – and now YOUR WAY!
PS: If something doesn't work as described above, are gladly at your disposal-in return of a glass of good!- to try to solve the mystery, LET ME KNOW!!
